Question:
We've had a great marriage. Now on Zoloft. She wants a divorce. Can Zoloft change the way a person feels for another and help the depression?

There are many possibilities. She could have Bipolar Disorder aggravated by the Zoloft with mania. She could have BPD (Borderline Disorder)dysphoria triggered by worsening of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder. She may believe the marriage wasn’t good for a long time and getting over the depression gave her the energy to act on her feelings. Without knowing the specifics I can’t tell you the exact reason.
I’d highly recommend you see a therapist yourself and read "His Needs, Her Needs" by Willard Harley, "Relationship Rescue" by Dr. Phil McGraw and "Are You the One for Me?" by Barbara DeAngelis.
