Is there such a diet and vitamin supplements that would
be able to treat my 9 yr. old son for ADHD instead of
using medication. Any information or direction would be
most appreciated.

There’s no doubt a diet high in fruits and vegetables
makes a difference for most individuals with ADHD.
There’s some suggestive evidence that eating partially
hydrogenated oils ("trans fats") can cause inattention
that mimics or worsens both types of ADHD.
