Question:
I am about to be 34, and have been on antidepressants
for about 5 years (Celexa: 4˝ yrs; Paxil: 6 months). I
have never had depression, rather I was diagnosed
with panic attack disorder/anxiety, therefore I have
also been on Xanax, and just recently Xanax XR. I did
suffer from mild anxiety for 8 years before and was
on Ativan at that time. I have now been weaned off of
Paxil (but still on Xanax XR). It has been 3 weeks
since I've been completely off, and I feel more
depressed than ever. I cry for every little thing and
sometimes for no reason at all. I am very moody and
get frustrated very easily, especially with my
children, and this is not me. What could be going on?
