ANSWER:
It appears to be a safe combination, especially compared to the risks of out of control
behavior. The key issue is always risks versus the benefits.
Risperdal has been studied with many other medications and rarely has had problems.
I'm not aware of any specific studies with Risperdal and Adderall together.
