Dear Dr. Heller,
I just finished reading your website about BPD and feel very strongly that almost everything that you said about BPD's describes my wife. She has been diagnosed with BPD, but she doesn't know it. She has been on 60 Mg of Prozac for about 2 years. I don't know if the folks at DePaul have diagnosed her with it or not. Is 60 Mg of Prozac a lot or a little? Should her symptoms have diminished if she is a Borderline and on 60 Mg Prozac? What next? Do "In-House" treatments work? What should I do? How can I help her in her recovery?
