There can be many reasons. Bipolar disorder can cause it, immaturity can cause it,
rejection sensitivity can cause it, as can socially-behind individuals with attention
deficit disorder. The actual diagnosis or diagnoses need to be made. Individuals who are
either very immature or have profound rejection sensitivity can give out money just to
make friends.
