My best friend may be suicidal - she has a bottle of Zyprexa/olanzapine, at 10mg each. If she ingests the entire bottle, can it be fatal?
ANSWER:
Most case reports involve approximately 300mg (thirty 10mg pills). They all did fine, most without significant side effects. There were no fatalities in this group.
