Ear Wax Buildup

Ear wax coats the ear canal, preventing cracks and infections. Some people make too much, or it’s too thick. When the wax builds up hearing is impaired, and occasionally vertigo can result as well. The wax must be softened prior to removal since dried wax attaches to the skin like a scab, and can cause intense pain, bleeding, eardrum perforation and infections if removed before softening. I recommend "Debrox" - two drops three times a day for a week prior to wax removal. Debrox 1 drop every day after wax removal can prevent future buildups.
