High Performance Diet

Plan for healthy diet, weight control, increased energy and productivity, better sleep:

a) low fat (20 grams per day), high fiber diet.

b) eat a good breakfast with at least some protein and carbohydrates

c) lunch must have mostly protein

d) eat a snack of fruit mid morning and afternoon (have a small amount of peanut butter with bananas if you choose to eat bananas)

e) small dinner

f) no protein within 3 hours of going to bed

g) exercise at least 30 minutes daily, a walk is an excellent choice
