Clinical Update on our mutual patient...
Patient appears to be less impulsive, less anxious, less angry, and parents report that "there is a remarkable difference in her mood." Indeed her mood seems to have been stabilized. She is beginning to make healthier choices and reports no suicidal ideation since beginning treatment with you. She is also beginning to relate to this therapist in a more comfortable way. She now maintains good eye contact and is beginning to use more effective communication skills with her parents and peers. She has been more willing to engage in activities with both her mother and father. This family has been working very hard at trying to help her.
