Hi Doc,

You probably don’t receive an abundance of cards from non-patients, but as I told my wife, you have given me the second nicest Christmas present ever. Naturally my wife is in the first place by giving me a beautiful love and a wonderful life-long companion. Will all the difficulties she has endured I sensed that person slipping away.

With your assistance the woman I love and treasure has returned. I can hear it in her voice, her choice of words, and in a predisposition to be optimistic rather than pessimistic.

I never know she had ADD; I always thought her hesitations were just because she was from Illinois!

I can’t adequately express my gratitude - but I hope I will have that opportunity in the not too distant future. If you are reading this in front of my wife, please tell her I love her. Once again, my most sincere thanks.
